Our prices are inclusive of Italian VAT. The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our shipping costs will be advised during the checkout process, before you place your order. For each order, we issue an invoice – the document will be sent as an attachment in the confirmation email.

Bank transfers are a convenient, easy and safe method of completing orders, without having to enter your credit card details on the website. It usually takes between 3-5 business days to receive the transfer. Your order will be valid for 5 days – if we don’t receive anything from you, it will be cancelled. Due to high request, we are unable to hold unpaid orders for a longer time period.
